Subject: Mail being placed into Drafts folder instead of being sent when the "Send" button or "Send and File" button is used.

I have a user that when she tries to send mail from her Lotus Notes client, it is instead saving the e-mail to the Drafts folder and is not sending it out. Eventhough the user is actually pressing the Send button.

Has anyone else seen this issue before and is there a better answer then try re-installing the client?
